    Foods always freshly cooked and that young man David at front counter was super helpful and exuberant and at helping me navigate the menu for my girlfriend who is currently facing that difficult time of the month and needed some comfort food. The kid practically ordered my food for me lol. Awesome job dude Bring back fried pickles d a m m i t !

    Food is great, location is great. Took my order perfect, I received my food to the tee. I had order one of there awesome salads. Noticed I was missing my fork. I went up front and proceeded to wait. And wait I did, there was also a young gentleman waiting on a refill of his tea. They completely ignored him and me for a little while, fortunately there was a very aware customer in the line and he acknowledged to her that we were waiting. Thing is they called out a order in between us, walked by several times, looked right at us. Its called the 3 foot rule, if a customer is within 3 feet- acknowledged them, might save a review or upset customer. Could possibly be there knight and shining armor. Zaxby's really needs to place utensils out front, no need to place this on there cashier. Havent been to a restaurant that is not busy. Put our time is valuable.

    For me Zaxby's is far better than the other name chicken place with a much better selection. Have not had anything here that was not good to my taste. I personally like the fried chicken salad and the three each nibblers with ranch sauce. Ready to leave and visit new places in and out of the country. Enjoy your meal and tell them the Loverboy Lee Thomas sent you there.

    Was there for Dr appointments. Wanted soup got small salad instead. Young man taking orders was exceptional. Made sure we got tenders for salad that were not spicy. Made the day for us.Also noticed he was very kind to all his customers.

    I have to give only 3 stars. Their customer service is great but tenders are small and the coke is always gross when i go through drive thru. Also, anytime i order a 5 finger plate i only end up with 4! Other than that, the food tastes good everytime.
